Eq and test dosage question?

I start my next cycle in November. I was going to do 300 eq and 400 test E. for 12 weeks. My last cycle was sust and deca and I have never used Eq or Test E. Right away guys are telling me to up the dosages to 400 Eq and 500 test.

I grew very nicely on a low dose sust and deca cycle(250 sust and 200 deca for 12 weeks). Yet I have seen alot of guys on here say those doses are a waste of gear, which they were not. I gained 24 lbs and kept 20. I think too many guys are focused on higher doses rather than eating, sleeping and lifting right.

My question is, are we too quick on here to tell people to up there doses? I have no problem doing so, but worry that it will limit my future cycles to even higher doses to get results. Should I up my cycle to 500test and 400 eq or try it originally as planned?

Depends on cycle experience, and size of the person.

You did 450mg of AS and kept 20Lbs. On 500mg of Test alone you would get the same results if those variables(eating/sleeping/lifting) are on order

Just from my personal experience, I didn't like 300mg eq a week. I would bump that if I were you to take advantage of the eq but you don't have to. Currently I am running 500 mg enanthe, 600 mg eq. I like it. Better than anything I have ever done.

hey toolman,
i am planning on doin that same exact cycle of 500 mg of Test E and 400 mg of EQ once i can get it. please keep me updated on your results... thanks
