    Coming off t3 - Methods???

I've always taken t3 with the 5% up, 50% max, 45% taper down method. This time, it's killing me though. I'm sore for an entire week and sometimes longer for big body parts.

How detrimental would it be to stop tkaing it without tapering off much?

What are some pros and cons???

Also, anyone tried just hopping right off before?

Anyone have a quicker method for coming off.

I ran my max for about 3wks (5 per day /25mcg each). I'm down to 3 today, but Im supposed to taper 2 more weeks and it's killing me.

    Thanks

I flat out wouldn't NOT taper off of t3. The cons? You get fat as piss waiting for your thyroid to rebound. You become overly carb sensitive. You more than double your body fat levels that you started at.

The fastest i've ever come down was:

    wk 1 25 mcg
    wk 2 50 mcg
    wk 3-6 75 mcg
    wk 7 50 mcg
    wk 8 25 mcg
    wk 9-10 12.5 mcg

run some synthetic gugglesterone to help bring it back to normal. SG is the active ingredient in SAN T3.

5% ramp up, 40% constant, 55% ramp down.
