    How many calories for second cycle?

    I'm going to be starting my second cycle in a couple of weeks. I am currently 195 and would like to gain 25 pounds bulking up for the winter. My last cycle, I went from 185 to 205 eating around 3800 cals a day. How many cals would you suppose I should be at on this cycle? I am guessing in the range of 4200-4500. Thanks for any help.

    4200 - 4500 should do it.

    4000 to 5000.
    THe more you eat..the more you'll grow IMO.
    If your bulking, eat like your bulking.
    And if you're having trouble eating that much, try a weight gainer shake. Or you can always take Eq lol

    yeah I would stay around 4000-5000

    Bro start at 4500 then up it every 4 weeks 500 calories to make sure you keep gaining through the cycle

    Are the weight gainers any good if you just cant get enough real food? Any really good ones on the market?

    Yeah i personally think they're a good idea especially if you have a job that doesn't allow u to eat much during the day etc..

    4-5k cal diet will do...
    But let me add, how important it is to drink at least 1.5 gals of H2O on a high cal diet. Dehydration is very common when consuming high quantities of protein. It's something that shouldn't be taken lightly.

    If you need to add calories to that add a tablespoon of flax seed or olive oil

    5000 seems a little high, but if you need weight then do it.
