    supplements during cycle ??

    What are some good supplements to take during a cycle ?? What about creatine, rip fuel, glutamine, amino acids etc.

    i would watch out for the water retetion with the creatine though. Other than that I would just stick with the protein and glutamine.

    also agree with protein/glutamine, but also a good multi-vitamin. Just remember it is suppost to supplement the food you eat not be a substitute

    I would say aminos,they're loaded w/glutamine.I amino spike right after workout,then 45 mins later whey and continue eating rest of the day.Good quality aminos will help in recovery. DB

    good point..i personally like to take animal paks...i buy them from a wholesaler so i only pay $18.99 a can instead of GNC's price of $49.99...however i do take creatine with my cycle because i like Met-Rx Ultra and it has it already in there...bloating is not to bad
