well - depends what else u are taking and how long ur cycle is and ur stats. you will need to take dbol at least 4 times per day tho (6 is better) meaning every 4-6hrs to get even blood levels.
depends on what your cycling with you should do it at least for the first four weeks at 40 per day I like to run dbal the whole cycle but thats just personal preference
