dissolve or swallow???

hey guys

just a quick question, is it better to let thai tabs disolve on/under your tongue or is it better to just swallow them whole. i have heard different opinions and just want to know if it really makes any difference at all.
right now im taking 50 mg a day, `5 mg when i wake up, 20 mg prior to workout/midafternoon, and 15 mgs before bed
