1st cycle help

I'm 29, 6' 240 18%bf. Wont start cycle till january 1st, hopefully around 225 13-15%. Want to run 12 week cycle of test.enth., d-bol, deca , winny. Need help on when to start and end each. Should I run nolvadex thru cycle and how much? Thanks!

First cycle? If so then 500mg of Enan will be enough to put on 20lbs.

I would run 20mg of Nolva ED throughout the entire deal

I am going to leave it at that, assuming that you already know enough about dbol and winny to figure out when you should take it.

I would only do DBOL for 4 weeks. and yes, 50mg ED of Winstrol . Is this your first cycle? If so, You might want to cut out the Winstrol and DBOL

i wouldnt start it Jan. 1st probably not going to be best time (with holiday parties and the food and drink that may go along with it) wait about a week maybe..just my 2 cents

I don't drink, My diet will stay clean as well, I've had 11 years to screw off and party, now I'm gonna get huge.

by the way....steroids alone aren't going to make you huge. Keep that in mind.

i never said you did...i have just seen a number of bros coming on here saying that there first cycle is gonna make them huge.
