Please help with first post cycle

Ok I am going to do my first cycle and this is what it looks like:
week1-3: 250mg sustanon
week4-7: 500mg sustanon
week 7-10: 250 mg sustanon

I am 6'0" tall, 163 lbs, and 4%body fat, first cycle.
My concern is the post cycle. I want to keep as much as I can. I don't want to gain 15lbs to then lose it all (big waste of time).
this is what I have come up with for my post cycle recovery.

week 8-10: Proviron 25mg (daily), Nolvadex 20 mg (daily)
week 10: 3, 5000 i.u. HCG in a row
week 11: 3, 5000 i.u. HCG every 5 days, Cytadren 120 mg morning, 62.5 mg two times.
week 11-13: cytadren

I am also planing on using clomid after my last Hcg, 2 50mg daily on the first week and 50mg daily on the second.
It is very clear that I have done my research but all info I read says something different.
I would greatly appreciate your help.

4% body fat? that, if true, is unhealthy.
i don't like the pyramid....taper down to 250 in final weeks, run 500 till then
run proviron throughout the entire cycle
i personally don't think you'll need the hcg, but make sure you run the clomid 3-4 weeks after the last sus shot

Well, I don't know how accurate the 4% is. It was done with one of those "electronic" measuring devices that you hold in front of you and then squeeze both handles. Why do you think I should skip the HCG?

i use hcg on my cycles which are 16 weeks or longer. my cycles usually involve deca, a major reason i use it to help recover my hpta. i use it midcycle and post cycle. hcg helps hpta recovery and prolongs it at the same time. your cycle is only 10 weeks and you aren't using deca so i would save the hcg

So everything else looks fine? How much clomid should I go for per week? I was also thinking to stack with deca but I am afraid of water retention. I want quality mass.

I would do more research if you considered doing one cc of sustanon 250 for 6 weeks during your cycle. Why not do enanthate?

how will you be injecting the sus? needs to be frequent like eod. you could get by twice a week but i dont recommend it. get lquidex, anti-e that helps prevent bloat. for clomid: 300mg day 1, 100mg day2, 50mg/day through day 21

Do not taper and I would run at a minimum 750mg of SUS per week.

1 - 10 SUS @ 750mg
1 - 13 Proviron @ 50mg ED

3 weeks after last injection run PCT and stop Proviron. Use Clomid and Nolva to recover there's no need to use HCG for this cycle.

PCT:
Day 1 Clomid 300mg / Nolva 20mg
Day 2 - 11 Clomid 100mg / Nolva 20mg
Day 12 - 21 Clomid 50mg / Nolva 20mg
