Why has strength leveled out? Mods/Vets?

I am on my eighth week of my test/eq/dbol . The dbol stopped at the end of the fourth week. This is my first cycle. I have been going up in strength since the second week. Now all of a sudden, I am in the eighth week, and my strength leveled out. In fact, I actually dropped a few reps in my last few sets. I just couldn't push them out. I have put on a good amout of size and would like to continue this, as I am running the test and eq for twelve weeks. I have only done chest and back so far this week and have been disappointed. I can't let this keep happening. Please tell me what the fuck I should do.

My cals are around 3000-4000. My protein is around 300g, and my carbs are definately up there. Should I change up my routine because I have leveled out?

Yeah, I have been doing the exact same workout for eight weeks. That's why I think my strength has leveled. Does this make sense? Also, is it too late in my cycle to start changing up my exercises?

So, shouldn't I still be making gains?

I am confused, do you think you just keep gaining strength exponentially...you should gain significant strength but you will still eventually level out
