Diet makes or breaks a cycle
Hey guys,
Just want to share my frustration regarding my soon to be completed cycle. It consisted of 30mg of D-bol for the first 4 weeks and 500mg Sus for 10 weeks. Basically my protein intake was about 230 grams throughout. In the first 3 weeks the D-bol kicked in and I gained about 12-13 pounds really quick, and strength increased at a similar rate. But then week 4 5 6 7 8 nothing! Maybe a little strength increase, but that’s it. Anyway week 8 I decided to look at my diet, and came to the conclusion that it was shit. I have now modified it so I’m getting 300 grams plus of protein. Guess what? I’m gaining again! But I only have 2 weeks left.
My question is I have 10 vials of Deca. Should I continue with the deca for maybe another 4-5 weeks? Or just save my new and improved diet for my next cycle. You know learn from your mistakes and all that!
