He says to ramp up for 12 days yet only spends 3 days to doit. Whats up? This confuses me even more when I try to set up my own T3 cycle. IF SOMEONE COULD HELP ME OUT WITH THIS IT WOULD BE MUCH MUCH APPRECIATED! I plan on doing a 6 week cycle of T3 with the highest dosage being 125mcgs. I would love to follow the 5%/40%/55% protocol that CYCLEON listed above. If you could help me out this or point me in the direction itr would help a lot.

Thanks a lot Pheendo!!!!!!!! Also I have yet to find an article that explains how I should take T3. Meaning if I should split up the dosages throughout the day. Any ideas?

It works... but what i usually do is this and it works for me very well.

3 days ramp
30 days steady
15 days ramp down

i didnt realize it was that long..ive been breaking up my doses to twice a day
