Ok here are my plans for next few months :

Also t3 pyramid, clen 2 week on 2 week off and eca between clen includes to this cutting cycle.


Current stats are 6'0 210 15-18% bf, 16,5 arms ;) Goal is to be 220-230 with 10%bf and 17,5-18 arms after these cycles. And 330 on bench press would be bad either :D

What u think bro's? It think i'm gonna achieve my goal :D

I will eat about 4000 calories on that mass cycle and after that. On cutting cycle i guess i take 2000-2500 calories. Most of my protein comes from supplements, but offcourse i will eat real foods too. I use proscar, nizoral and maybe spirolactone on first cycle, and spirolactone flutamide and nizoral on the other cycle to avoid possible hairloss problems. On cutting cycle i will do cardio 3-4 times week.

Some hcg may be called for mid cycle but thats for you to decide when the time comes. Personally i would just make it a one 12 week stack rather than drag it out. somethin like this

wk 1-8 700mgs prop
wk 9-12 400mgs prop
wk 1-4 dbol 35mg ed
wk 5-12 tren or winn or both but wouldnt recommend it
wk 13 begin clomid
wk 1-15 1/4 tab dex

Yeah maybe HCG between cycle could be good. i wanna do 2 cycle here, one for mass and other for lean mass and cutting.

I also forgot to tell that i will use t3 25mcg through out the first cycle, to increase prtoein synthesis and keep fat gains away.

you can't use t3 at 25 mcg a day throughout your cycle unless thyroid damage is what your looking for. i have to agree with psycoswole here, why not 1 long cycle? what your looking at right now is alittle drawn out. i'm sure you'll get more advice, but i would rethink the t3, it's supposed to be tapered. good luck.

Thanks for the reply bro, but it should be ok to take t3 at low dose long time. Low dose 12,5-25mcg. Pyramiding to high doses is diffrent thing.

Some bro's swears that t3 is benefical on mass cycle, at low dose it should increase protein syntesis, keep fat gains away without beeing catabolic.

would the second option be better? Come on guys opinions :)

i asked a doctor i work with about taking 25 mcg of t3 with clen for only 6 weeks and he said that it doesn't work that way, it isn't alittle is ok to go on, the thyroid is an all or none gland because alittle still has effects. i thought the same way you do. i would double check that, besides the fact that most people have no reaction to under 75mcg a day, again something this doctor told me. wait for more replies but the t3 thing needs more research. as for the split, it looks better, but i think 1 cycle would be better.

Ok, lets hear more opinions about t3 :)

So u really think that one cycle would be bettere? Remember that i wanna gain muscle, and cut fat isnt it better do them on different cycles?

It is virormone and it shouldt hurt at all, probably best prop out there. And besides injections are not problem to me, i will shoot them all to my bi's and tri's :D

Bro, it's not the injections that hurt when using prop. It's the damn prop itself! I used some Romanian phenylpropionate and my arms were so damn sore I had to stop lifting for 3 days!!! Although, when I used Brovel T100 prop, I had almost no pain at all. So it does depend on the brand.

I know but some has problems with injecting ed. Virormone is pain free, so is Russian prop. I guess it depends how much alcohol it has :rolleyes:

Hey...I haven't posted for some time...2 issues:

1 - don't see you using an daily anti estogen ( nolva / arima ) ---watch it or here come the tits
2- I f you hit 700 mg of propinate a week, you better split the shots or you'll be crying like a woman from the soreness
