When you take ECA how do you split up your drugs?

Would i take the caffeine in the morning and epehdrine in the afternoon?

I assume it'd be too stimulating to take them both at once?

What is your personal setup when taking ECA?

I take them all in the morning. They have a synergistic effect. You want to maximize this potential.

I do not find it overstimulating; you may, but there is only one way to find out.

If you take either too close to when you are going to go to sleep you WILL have trouble sleeping. This is very unpleasant and is another reason why I reccommend taking both in the morning(assuming you wake up in the morning and go to sleep at night).

Both in the morning and say 1 hour before before you workout.

you can purchase a eca stack with approx 25mg ephedrine, 20mg caffine and 300mg aspirin, available from most fitness product sites on the web around 20-35 dollars for 120 pills.
