Im about to start a sus and winstrol cycle on the 1st November.
Im planning on using nolva all the way through at 20mgs.
My question is when should i start the nolva?
A week before? on the day of the first injection?

If your planning on using the nolva all the way through your cycle you might as well use it whenever.

I'm glad your being safe instead of being short on Nolva.

i have been using 10mg a day. started a week in. only because i was waiting for it in the mail though. im sure you could wait a week.

I like starting anti-e's a few days before the cycle starts. Start by using 10mg ED up to PCT and then durring PCT use 20mg ED. If you feel the 10mg isn't helping with sides then bump it.

Esp if this is your first cycle you should probably take the anti-e's like TheMudMan says.

I shot my first shot last sunday, my second today, and I'm pissed that I was so impatient to start and not wait for my anti-e's. I waited over a year, to do research on AAS, and I couldn't wait a few weeks for my anti-e's. No signs of negs yet, but....better safe and sure than sorry.
