Questions on Clenbuterol?

I searched in the Educational forum but have yet to find these answers.

Is it necessary to split the dosages of Clenbuterol throughout the day? Half in AM and half in PM.

In the Educational Forum someone wrote....."Clenbuterol should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere with your breathing and complete ruin your workout. When doing cardio, it's advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style routines."

Is this true? If so when would you take it?

I think it says in the edu thread that it stays in your system for 36 hours so just take it whenever. My rule of thumb is three hours. Don't take it within 3 hours of working out or you will feel it. I was taking 6 or 7 of the 20mcg pills and took them bout an hour and a half before I went to play b-ball and holy shit. That was pain. You probably could split them up but their half life is long enough to where you don't need to.

Clen stays in your system long enough that once a day, in the am is fine.
