    is this too much ?

    Do you guys think that this will be a good mass building first cycle? or is it a bit too much?

    Week1-10 sus 500mg per week (mon and thurs)
    Week 2-7 Dbol 20-30mg per day
    Week 8-13 winstrol tabs 50mg per day
    1 day after last win tablet start clomid


    what do you think? i definatly want to keep the winny but should i drop the dbol or would it be ok?

    I don't think it's too much in the sense that you'll get fucked up or something but the normal recomendations for a first cycle is usually 2 compounds.
    Being that your looking for mass i'd stick with sus/dbol .
    week 1-10 sus 500mgs
    week 1-4 dbol 30mgs ed
    clomid 2 weeks out.

    bigD i am just starting a cycle of cyp and dbol where i am starting the dbol in the second week as well. i wanted to wait a full week just so the two compounds will hit at the same time for a week longer.

    the reason i didnt put the dbol in for week 1 is cos i want to see how im coping with the sust for the first week and if all is good i can add the dbol in week 2

    So this would be a good mass building cycle?
    What do you think i would gain? (at a guess)

    15-20lbs depending on how much u eat is usually the norm, although i've seen ppl gain more...and i've seen ppl gain less.

    i agree with MBaraso as the weight gain but there are many factors with ones cycle. if you eat like a madman 20lbs. shouldnt be that hard!

    There's really nothing wrong with the cycle. 1 week isn't long enough to see any results from sust, so I'd start it day 1 also, but that's just my opinion. Why sust as opposed to test en or cyp? Just curious, I'm not a big sust fan. Some people are though.

    Also, you didn't mention any anti-e's, I'm assuming you have them on hand for any gyno that pops up?

    Sorry i missed the nolva out accidently.
    running it througout at 20mg per day

    im 23
    160lbs (medical problem lost me a lot of weight)
    lifting 3 yrs
    250g protein per day

    i wouldn't usually see dbol and winny in the same cycle. it kinda goes against anything you are trying to do. dbol put on water $70 winny to take it off $300. i don't think you should use winny if you are doing a bulking cycle. either just use the sus and dbol or if you have to have another use eq or deca it just my interpretation of the situation
