ive done time in prison before in california for robbery and i know possesion of a controlled is a felony,except weed in california it has to be more than an ounce of weed to be a felony,so does it fall under similar guidelines as that or or it looked at like other drugs where it doesnt matter how much there is,its all a felony?

Not to change the subject, but sex should be a misdemeanor . . . . the more I miss it, de meaner I get . . .
It all depends on the arresting agency (DEA, local city police, etc) and how they want to prosecute it. There are certain conditions that will make it a felony though, i.e. intent, amount, etc.
