    Cyctahoh 250???

    just wondering how useless Cyctahoh 250 is that expired in 11, 2002.

    these were given to me by someone who didnt want them and had no idea how to take them, and it wasnt until after i got them that they were expired. good thing they were free. my guess is that they are garbage now and completely inneffective, but is this really the case? can anyone offer some insight into this. thanks

    I would still do them, prob not useless. Maybe lost potency but not useless, if you got em for free and have em, might as well do them.

    Of all the sus250's and Omna250's out there, I think the Cytohoh are the most underdosed. I did have gains years ago, but nothing like the gains from Karachi's or Omna's at the same dose.

    Just my opinion...
