    Quality mass !!!!

    I am a first timer
    5'9''
    186 lbs
    17in arms
    47in chest
    32in waist

my question is my buddy has a bottle of reforvit-b I was
wondering what would be the best to stack with it for huge quality
gains with little side effects. my goal is to eventually hit about
220-245 and compete. i was thinking about eq, sust,or primo
unless you guys have any other ideas. your comments will be
    greatly appreciated thank you

well, you definately shouldn't take it alone, just because your buddy has it, doesn't mean you should take it, how long have you been training for? how old are you?

i say put the ref-b away. stay on a solid diet and hold off on the gear for a few years. i dont think you really need it now. i know this isnt what you want to hear, but you will be glad you waited. trust me

post up your diet and training split, ill bet we can help

    you guys are dope!
all right here it is I train about 4 days a week
I usually always take a day off in between
    day1 usually chest, biceps, triceps
    day2 quads , calves
    day3 back, biceps, traps
    day4 shoulders, triceps
the lagging area as you can see is my arms thats why
i train them so often I want 2 hit at least 20 inches
I eat a 50:30:20 ratio every day consisting of at
least 3-4 pieces of chicken and 2-3 protein shakes
the weird thing is i can't put on any more weight
my bf is around 9% if that helps any?
Ive tried every thing for arms from training once a
week to three times a week , from 3 sets for bies
    to 28 sets.
    thanks for your help

Malibu. Wait a little while and hit up the usually recommended test only cycle. (400-500mg cyp or test a week for 10 weeks). Hope this helps fool.

Don't worry about juice for quite awhile, if you are hitting your arms hard you shouldn't work them out for at least another 5 days, let them rest because most of muscle building has to do with your off time, meaning rest and feed those muscles, if you are going for pure 20 inch arms, you have to do that.

a large portion of your arm (2/3) is tricep, hit them hard, and you need a workout partner to get you to muscle failure, PM me or ask more questions if you need help, remember, you can't eat enough food!

Each person is different. I found in natural training my best results came from 2 days off between workout day, 4 sets as a minimum, 3 sets is cutting you short, and I work to 85% exhaustion at 15 reps per exercise... then 4th set take it to complete exhaustion no matter how many sets it takes to do this. I am finding now that I am on basic steroid cycle... my body is responding outstandingly well to this same routine. I couldnt be happier with this workout scheme and its netting very good results.
