Clenbuterol thread

This is the first time I am going to use Clenbuterol and I wanted to ask everybody some questions. I understand that Clen will raise your body temperature, is there the risk that it will get to high? What is the optimal increase in body temperature to shoot for? When you get to a higer dose(80-100mcg), do you take it all or you spread it through out the day?
I am going to alternate with ECA(2weeks Clen/2weeks ECA) and of course have a good diet, cardio and weight training program.

yes you spread it out through out the day, but i dont have any experience with it, just knowledge from research...a bump for someone to answer his q's...and maybe some of mine
