    while on steroids...

    what up? is there anything to take to assist your liver/kidneys while on steroids ? i heard cod liver oil is good for your liver? anybody know if thats true or not?

    i'm going to start parabolon with some winny tabs and both of those are hard on your liver and kidneys. so milk thistle is the only thing that can assist both of them?

    Well, if your taking Winstrol , I would definitely get some Glucosamine/Chondroitin for you joints. You are definitely going to need it. It's takes about a month for you to see results....Winny destroyed my joints.

    Glucosamine and Chondroitin are both legal. You can get them at a supplement store. Check out www.allsportnutrition.com If you're in a rush, you may want to buy some at walmart or a cheap vitamin store. Start taking that stuff a month before you start your cycle, it takes time to build up in your system.

    You'll get some replys telling you to add Test to that cycle. It would be wise to help your joints and if you want size, there's nothing better.

    What are your goals and stats?

    I always take ALA, and a good multi-vitamin pak while I am on Winny. As for Glucosamine and Chondroitin, I already take that due to bad knees!

    I went to a drug store and bought a liver/kidney kit.....I can't remember the name, but there were 4 different kinds of pills that helped cleanse and rejuvinate the liver/kidneys. The package was about 50 bucks....well worth it! It was a 2 week program.

    those are what i use, milk thistle too but ive never seen any proof that it works.
