I am almost 20 and about to start my first cycle ever.... I have seen very nice results since i began lifting 3 years ago.. Ive gone from 5'9 125lbs to my current 180 6% bodyfat with no cardio... My question is, does anyone have any advice for me... My friend is setting me up with enough deca for 300mg every 5 days for about 9 weeks... Also i was wondering if you could give me an idea of what kind of weight gain and increase in strength i.e. max bench.. i could expect..
