Just Sustanon only like 250mg a week for 10 weeks
and clomid for PCT and NOLVADEX throughout the cycle for gyno.
Is that an ok first time cycle. I read that combining more than one for the first time such as d-bol / Sus is not a good idea

meaning sus is a 4 ester test ranging from fast acting to slow acting. must be taken ed or eod, difficult to get correct dosage and you should start first cycle with a single ester test like ethante or cyp.Quote:

250/wk for 10 weeks of sus is fine for a first cycle. Doubt you'll need the nolva throughout on that dosage, but better safe than sorry. Shooting sus EOD will help take advantage of the prop in it (the fast acting ester), but thats not to say you won't see any results. I know plenty of people who have gotten great results from that cycle. Good luck.
Why spend the money on sauce and see minimal results instead of spending less money on enanthate or cyp and gaining all the results the single ester has to offer. That was my point. I know you could see some results but you're almost going to waste 150mg of that sus a week. Your basically only taking advantage of the 100mg deconate a week. I know there will be minimal amounts of the two middle lasting esters haning around but not much. If you want to run low does just take enanthate and take advantage of 100% of its ester.
I figured he already bought the sus, well if not then by all means get some enanthate or some cypionate. If you decide on either of those then you'll most likely need some nolva or proviron if your prone to water retention.
