    can u run winny for 8wk

    I have two friends that want to run deca and winny together for 8-10wk straight. Can you continue winny after 4wks and still get benefits form it or is iit a waste to keep using it after wk 4?

    you can use it longer than 4 weeks. i would suggest that your friends dont run it past 6 if they are just starting. and judging by that cycle i assume they are. deca and winny is not a great cycle. add some test

    go 6 - 8 weeks....i did an 8 before...was fine, just a little lower back pain.....nothing too bad......good results too!

    I'd run it with the deca from weeks 1-10 and run the winny from weeks 4-12.

    liten to bathgate...dont touch either one unless you gets test...even then why dont they save some $$$ and save their gear and just run a test only cycle @400-500mg wk for 10 weeks. Save the deca and winny for the next ones....Oh and let them know that i feel sorry for them if they do run deca and winny togather, and with no test...
