    New an need help

    Hey,
    All let me just tell ya about my self. I'm the little runt in the litter HAHA tired of being lifted up, an the joke, people saying "WHOA KILLER watch them guns don't hurt someone". Ive been trying to gain some mass through my gym but nothing also I eat alot...... A member at my work that is "cut" wicked well told me you ever thought of using DECCA or something along that lines? like to Cycles he explained a couple things an gave me a article from mens health about it. an gave me this website to do some research.


    Heres my Question I'm currently 5.10 maybe an about 115lbs I'm a senior in my high school. I know its probably wicked young I'm only looking for something to give me MASS!! i don't want to be that ripped... an I just want a boast! ya know what i mean? What can i do?

    Bro way too young to run AS............ You say you eat a lot but I bet you if you listed your daily diet there would be areas where we could improve.

    I wish I was your age again........... I would just eat eat eat, train, rest and grow.

    this is the ebst help and advice i can give u ur way too young !!u can seriosuly fuck ur self up endocrine system and all.u havet even tapped into ur nat potential yet to give ua example right now post me ur exact diet andb training and we will go from there!ur body is raging test factory right now why not take advantage of it.ill be waiting .oh and did i meantion ur tooooo young ?

    Train, Eat, Sleep.

    Concentrate on the basic heavy compound movments. You'll see results just stick with it.

    At your age that's the best advice anyone could give you. Get a few good solid years of lifting under your belt before you even consider using AAS.

    wait a few years man, when i was in highschool i thought i was small and thought i would never get big i was only 5'11" 150lbs and that was in 1998 and now im 185 and that was all nat except for whey, good diet and creatin, and few other legal supps. and in the past 2 years i really slacked up the drinking like down to once a month or less, alcohol really prevents you from gaining much size other than in your gut and i have been researching on this board for about 6 months to make sure i know all there is to know about gear befor i start, and i just purchased my gear last month and im still going to wait till dec. to start. i realize the size im at now is not all that impressive but i have been patient to make sure my body has grown all it will nat, so give it some time man and stay a member of this board its great you can learn so much from these guys they really know there stuff when it comes to improving your body
