starting a deca cycle-need advice

im going to be starting my first cycle in a couple months
I decided on 10 week deca cycle
Ive been doing a lot of research, and found that thats a fairly safe cycle, and is recommended to beginers such as myself
any personal experience with this or a similar cycle and how effective and safe it is would be much appreciated

Bro this isn't a good cycle at all............ First off a good beginer cycle is a test only cycle like cyp or enan. Second in your "research" did you coma across a term called "Deca Dick" well you could end up with it if you decide to run deca alone without test.

What's your age, height, weight, training exp..............

They need to fix the steroid profile of deca on the steroid info page. Makes deca look like god in a bottle with no sides

the mudman is deffinately correct. listen to him, he knows his sh*t. Deca can have a lot of bad sides, i don't think you want any bitch tits from your first cycle either, you need some test and deffinately some nolva/clomid. for during and pct. deca only was what i was going to do when I first joined this place a month ago. man was I wrong, the best thing for me was finding this place and just doing research and asking questions. spend some time at the educational forum and remember this is your body, and you don't have any spares if your gunna take the health risk by cycling period atleast be sure this is the best cycle to do in your situation. I was gunna start my deca cycle before i even joined this place but now i haven't even started because i'm constantly compiling all of the knowledge from all the bro's here and the edu forum for what will best suit me. good luck with everything and don't rush things my friend.

First of all what are you looking to accomplish w/ your
c ycle....bullk? cut?

make sure you do your research and know exactly what you're putting into your body and what the side effects can be....

also make sure that you have your post c ycle th erapy this is very important.....

and I have to agree...I would not recommend doing a deca only cy cle....
