when taking a high dosage of nolva is it better to take it over the length of the day or can i just take it all in one go??
im taking 70-80 mgs a day for a week to c what happens to my gyno as im gonna hit another cycle in a month or two and wanna c if it might decrease in size for the summer then i will prob get them cut out in winter next year......( i am in australia by the way...summer is coming up cant wait

I think I read but can't remember (too early) that nolva's half-life is from 5 to 7 days so you can take it all at once.

Hey bro, IMO 70 - 80mgs of nolv is over kill. 20mgs ed is plenty.

Thats correct.

If your gyno has been there for an extended period of time, it's likely you won't see an improvment. Not totally hopless, but likely that surgery is needed to rid yourself of that trouble. I'd do the 80mg for 2 months; if their is no improvment by then, you wont' get it.
