Week 8-13 Winny tabs 50mg per day
1 day after last winny tab start PCT
Running Nolva all the way through at 20mg

What do yo all think for a firs cycle?

been training 4 times per week for 3 yrs

Hey bro, IMO u should run the sust at 750mgs all the way through ur cycle. ITs not a good idea to bum it up mid cycle. Best thing is to keep ur levels as even as possible.
