Everybody out there be safe. I don't want to hear any bad news about any fellow board members hurting themselves being stupid or getting busted. If you are gonna get loaded...get a Designated Driver or a Cab. I know too many guys that get busted on New Year's Eve or worse yet...in an accident. Neither of those two consequences are worth risking.
