and i plan on doing 40mg a day... how should i split this up during the day?

10mg before workout

I'd chew, but it probably doesn't make a difference.
I always just swallowed, like Pheedno said, probably doesnt matter
I dont think it makes any diffo. its gonna disolve in ur stomach either way. And also if they taste bad then thats excatly wat ur gonna taste if u chew them.

First,remember to take with food!!!Should be taken every 5-6 hrs.I chew them,they don't taste that bad.
I normally take 3 in the afternoon after a meal and 3 at night after a meal. NO NEED to chew. They taste nasty. Its not like you are swallowing a jaw breaker. Its chalky and will abosrb QUITE easily from swallowing whole.
30mgs a day is what everyone suggests.
