I have 20cc (50mg) of Winny and 20cc (250mg) of Test Eth.
Should I use the winny on the first cycle? Or just stick with test? Test-only cycles (for beginners) seem to be popular around here.
I have a vacation the last two weeks in December that I'd like to look good for as well. Would welcome suggestions regarding t-3, clen , nolva for that..
My goals: Add a little muscle, drop a little fat. I'm not looking to get up to 240 and 18%+ bf. (I'm a swimmer, that much bulk is bad)

210 lb, 10% bf, 6'2
Training for last five years
My diet and training are spotless (at least, I think so :-)

Go with the test cycle. How many calories do you eat?

It's very possible to gain lean mass, you need to go slow to accomplish it
