OK bro, lets slow down. First, you better take some Test or you will be shut down HARD!!! Next, since It's most likely your first cycle, research TEST CYP or enan. (less shots). before U do any cycle, have you researched PCT? or NOLVA? If you are unfamilair with these terms, then I think you need to do some research.......Any questions, please let me US know. There are a lot of smart guys on the board and most of them will tell you to add test to that cycle.....

Take whatever is cheaper for you run it at 2mls a week split into two injections and mix it with the deca as suggested. Make sure you dont forget you clomid postcycle.

Bro, no flame, but we don't even know anything about this guy. I strongly suggest NOT to do either one right now. Deca alone for a first cycle sucks. Plain and simple.

Bro, Nolvadex. OK, If you haven't research PCT (post cycle thearpy), especially while taking Deca , you are in Big trouble. Bro, I promise, not one guy on this board would tell you to do a cycle of Deca alone or Primo. For a first cycle, I would again look into Test Cyp or Enan. You will see amazing results on this. research CLOMID therarpy as well........Don't be in a big hurry to do a cycle. take the time to know what your about to put in your body....

I am on a pretty high calorie high protein diet... but I like to cut the fat and refined sugers if I can.

Bro, listen to us and either add some Test to your Deca cycle (forget the primo) or simply do a cycle of TEST alone. You can easily put on 20 pounds of mass if you do it correctly.

OBTW, either one is OK. They are both pretty close. The good news is you will only have to inject them once or twice a week. For your first cycle, stay away from PROP or Sust. Just my .2 cents....

yeah, like everyone says, test should be the base of all cycles.

you should have some anti-e's to keep from getting gyno. and some clomid for post cycle to restart your natural test and to help you keep your gains.

if you are under 21, you shouldn't be doing AS. if you haven't been working out seriously (diet in check, good sleeping, etc) for at >least< one year, you shouldn't be doing AS.
