    the perfect diet?

    Is this a perfect diet for me to bulk up??
    Im aged 23 160lbs and will be going on a sust and winny cycle...
    week 1-10 sust 500mgs per week (mon and thurs)
    week 7-13 winny tabs 50mg ed

    Ya it looks good. The totals are what
    I would look at, not the actual foods really.

    I prefer higher protien and less carbs though than what they have. I like 2g per LBM. Which is alot really, but I like eating protien better than carbs.

    Agreed with billy, id drop the carbs by 200 actually and up the protien to 2grams per lb

    Also i was looking at it again and why does it list bread and rice SO high in protien?

    you know in the years i have been training people and dealing with diets and AAS. I have found that it really all depends on the individual. some people respond to high protien and some dont, while some respond to carbs and others dont. You really have to play around with the diet as with AAS to see what your body responds to best. the outlined diet will give you a starting point for you to start trying different things with the numbers (like increasing cals, protien, carbs and such). Just my 2.
