    It does have an effect on lower water retention...You can tell this by joint ache...

    I just started mine 1 week ago and my joints have been killing me, and I take Glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM.

    Yup that is one bad thing about winny, the damn joint pain...those products should help some...

    using an anti-aromatase is your best bet to keep water retention down IMO.

    winny is perfect for low water retention......it does not effect my joints either for some reason....but I do not use winnie any longer then 6 weeks usually....
