Injection Methods

Whats up Guys I know this has been on here already but I cant find it when I search for it. You know the method of injectiong where u pull the skin so that once you take the needle out the oil wont leak out of your muscle, whats that called? and how exactly do you do it? Ive been trying to figure out how I can shoot my delt like that but I dont think its possible if Im doing it myself. Any insight on this would help. Thanx.
