this is first cylce. i am 6'2 225 and have lifted my ass off naturally for ab 2 years. 8-10% body fat
planning on 6 weeks of the dbol and 10 of the test
What are your goals?? I am guessing to bulk up by what you asked about...I would run the test 10 weeks but the dbol only for 4 weeks.
6 is fine with the dbol at that dose....
goals are to bulk up and gain a little more strenght...just looking for a solid boost for now.

Test Cyp 400mg: Weeks 1-10
DBol 30mg: Weeks 1-4
I'm getting good water retention and unbelieveable strength gains. I kept the dosage down to 400mg for the test because I was a virgin with the gear. It's smart to play it safe and do smaller doses.
Better to be safe than sorry you know.
I dont know how similar Dbol is to anadrol but I was getting bloat on the drols. I only did the drols for about 10 days, on day #9 and 10 I was starting to bloat and feel like shit and cranky, almost like I was on PMS... and the bloat was in strange places... like puffy up and down the spine on my back, extra puffy and swollen in the area of my testosterone injections, swollen ankles and knees... I think the next step could have been pointy tits but I think I quit in time... as soon as I quit the PMS like feeling went away, the water bloat has almost all subsided, although now I am noticing the scale has dropped 5 lbs on me... oh well it wasnt big if it was just puffy water gain. Sometimes the water gain will sneak up on ya and it doesnt form in the same places that like creatine bloat would, for example I got NO bloat in belly area but lots out of my sight on my back.Quote:

d-bol doesnt bloat me bad really, but some people are more susceptible to bloat than others, and I usually run it 6 weeks or so even though only 4 weeks is usually recommended
