What should I take Post Cycle??

My current cycle looks like this:

Sustanon 500 mg per week
Deca 600 mg per week

for ten weeks..

i'm coming off soon and want to know what the best post cycle
recovery is?

I have clomid, nolvadex, and proviron..any help would be appreciated along with mg doses...thanks

search for this bro, BTW you should have had all this ready before you started....

Clomid and nolvadex 3 weeks after your last shot.

Nolva 20mg a day

clomid:
Day 1 300mg
10 days : 100mg
10 days: 50mg
