What if one was to inject into a fat deposit in the glute due to a 1 inch needle and a bit of winter fat buildup?Would it feel different, look different while aspirating? Less soreness, drug ineffectiveness?

Depending on the drug, you would still feel the effects and still reap some benefit, but the effectiveness would dissipate much more quickly. There would be no significant difference when aspirating, which is done solely to erify that you are not in a vein.Quote:

Intramuscular drugs achieve their intended and best effect in the muscle. Best bet if you have doubts: Switch to a 1-1/2" needle, which is the most effective length for the glutes anyway; or, if you only have 1-inchers, inject in the delts or quads.
there's less blood flow into fat deposits, so the AS wouldn't get dispersed into your body at an effective rate. that's why you should go as deep as possible into the glute
I appreciate your responses, thank you.
