    AGE 21
    30% body fat

    im looking to burn fat and still build muscle. i am subject to random urine tests for d2 ball. looking for the best way to accomplish this with a short detection time.

    Diet, cardio, good training and an ECA/clen stack. No steroids needed.

    that's easy - don't juice. clean up your diet. change your routine. do some cardio

    i am currently starting to take CLA and Xenadrine EFX.. but my weight training is very limited by a broken arm. however i can still do most cardio

    take some thing with ephedrine in it, it will work a lot better

    You're asking the wrong questions in the wrong forum.

    You want to get that body fat % DOWN. Then build muscle with high protein dieting. Dieting in a body builder sensical term. Eating the food necessary, and not eating the foods unnecessary.
