what worked for you and how did you like your success. Go from there. you know your body. do you think you can handle higher doses? if so, go for it, but not too high.
use the same if its noy broke dont fix it !!!!simple ,more is not always better !!!(cough cough bdtr= ),it just requires the right drug combination ,and supps ,to have drug synergy !Quote:
