First Cycle. any last suggs. before I start?

ok here it is..
my stats are 5'11 168 lbs. Ive been training hard for a little over a year and lifting in general over 2 years. I have my diet/routine down packed. Ive done research for over 3 months, I didnt want to rush into this head first without knowing what I was doing. I have nolva/clomid for PCT. I feel confident,determined and ready to go. heres my cycle: (simple)

1-10 200mg QV Test Enan 250 /w
1-10 200mg QV Deca 200 /w
Nolva, Clomid PCT

I am starting in two weeks. any final suggestions? too low of doses? any comments/suggestions appreciated. Thanks in advance.

bro, some will tell you doses are all right, but many will tell you that they are too low. I for one will tell you too low. also, i would recommend a test only cycle to start off with.

Those seem to be pretty low doses, most say much of the anabolic effects of Test occur only at 300+mg a week, not sure about the Deca though. I think you'll find most members also would bump the doses up to 400-500mg a week for test, and 300-400mg a week on the Deca.

Either you didn't do your research or you're planning on leaving 500 mg in the vial. QV Test Enan 250 has 2500mg in a 10ml vial - 250 mg per 1 ml. You're planning on only 200 mg per week for ten weeks? What are you doing with the rest of the vial?

How are you dosing the deca?

You don't need the Deca for your first cycle.

This is what I would run for a first:
1 -10 Enan 400mg
1 - PCT Nolva 10mg ED
2 weeks afte last injection start PCT:
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 2 - 11 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 12 - 21 50mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva

Save the Deca for your next cycle. And don't run the cycle you have in your sig.

Do like Mudman says because the other cycle you had planned was half of what someone should take. But I do have to say that at your size I would find it hard to believe that you are done growing naturally. You are a bean pole at 168lbs 5'11 and you should be at least 180lbs IMO before you consider hitting up juice.

I agree, he says he has his training and diet down and weighs 168 at 5'11". I'd think if he had um down he'd be closer to 200lbs. And what's up with the cycle in your sig?

well i don't know about the jive thing....but im thinking that a little more working out needs to be done first....uve only been training hard for about a year....train for 2 or 3 years....ull see a big difference naturally with proper nutrition, training, and a shit load of rest....but if ur going to hit the special sauce i would say 500 mgs of test ent....400 mgs deca a week....double it up....this is going to be ur first cycle....make it a good one
