LR Response?

I have placed 2 different orders with LR only 2 days apart. I received confirmation on the mailng of the first one and the order arrived 2 weeks later, but it has been a month since the second order, and I have received no confirmation, I have e-mailed them 3 times and left messages on their customer service(just a damn voicemail) and haven't gotten the first response. I don't mind wating, but at least respond. And my account has been debited for both orders. Anyone else have this problem?

had the same thing happen to me, they are backed up and apparently have no web admin. You'll get your order, might take awhile

Hope so, I have six weeks left on my cycle, but I am running low on Clen , thats why I ordered 2, appreciate the response, I know they are reputable and I guess I just need to be more patient.

I called thier phone number and they sent me double my order.

Did they actually call you back or just send the order?

They did the same for me back in the summer............. LR has very good products but this is no way to run a bussiness........... I hope they get this figured out because like I said the products are very good.
