When to shoot?

Hey Bro's, just looking for a better way to shoot sust and deca . I am doing 400mg of Deca and 500 of sust a week. The deca is 200mg/ml so I would need 2cc a week, and the sust is 250mg/ml..so again 2 cc a week.. I would like to shoot the sust eod and the deca I think would be fine just 2 times a week, just wondering how you guys would break this up through out the week..

Do a cc of each E3D. That will put your doses slightly above 500/400(571/457), but IMO would be perfect in terms of maintaining blood consistancy

You can probably just do a monday/thursday split for the deca . 1cc on monday and 1cc on thursday. As for the sustanon , if you are doing it EOD just do that very thing. Sometimes it will fall on different days but just run it EOD and you will be fine.

Mon, Thurs, Sun, Wed, Sat, Tues, Fri, Mon, etc. Every 72 hours

Well, you were going to shoot 500mg of wk on the Sust. 500 divided by 7 is 71.42 Since your doing 500 in 6 days instead of 7, you just add 1/7 of 500 to that number to account for the last day of the wk.

Same for the Deca 400 divided by 7 is 57.14. Add that on to account for the seventh day in the E3D schedule

If you did the Sust EOD and the Deca every 4th day that would mean every other sust shot would have a mL of Deca with it. That would be 875/350 per week...

You could also run the Deca with the first 3 shots of Sust, the first week to get blood levels up by frontloading the big decanoate ester. Then start using the Deca every other Sust shot after that...
