possible early gyno symptoms?

hey bro's just a quick question... i'm about a three weeks into my cycle and i've started to notice a pain in one nipple, its not itchy but it kinda hurts when i apply pressure to it, i havent found a bump, and am currently running .50 arimidex ED, i'm cycling only prop, should i run some nolva throughout the rest of my cycle?? and if so how much?? or am i just over-reacting, i'm not gonna waste a perfectly good cycle but
if you've experienced this as well or know what may be goin on i'd appreciate your time.

adding nolv won't hurt your cycle one bit. run 40mg for a couple days, then 20 throughout pct

Add 20mgs Nolv.......see how it goes,still having symptoms bump to 40mg ed til it clears up,then go back to 20mgs thru cycle and pct

Add 20mg of Nolva a day

You can do it asym's way also:)
