    drink more water
    eat foods with less salt/sodium
    do a little cardio

    Also running Nolvadex , Liquidex, or Arimidex will greatly reduce bloat.

    a-dex works really good for bloat i find ! did 500mg/wk sust, 50mg/ed d-bol, 400mg/wk eq and didnt hold any waater with only .25mg/ed a-dex
