is this normal?
I've been off my cycle for 8wks now, and i haven't dropped any strength in everything but my incline press. Thats the only exercise that dropped down, 20lbs., its really frustrating to do a chest workout and bench the same as on cycle and then have nothing on incline, then be at the same strength on the rest of my exercises. Any ideas, or comments?

Sounds like it may be in your head. I can't think of any reason what only one particular muscle group would get weaker while the rest remain strong.

It could be that while you were on cycle you had more muscle endurance...do you usually do incline after you flat bench??

I totally agree it doesn't make sense, but if its in my head I don't know what to do about it. Maybe i should either start with the incline or try and do it randomly like on shoulder day or something.
