Despite the shoulder injury, I have found effective excercises that do not aggrivate the injury. So I have decided to go ahead with my my winter cycle. Here is my plan:
Weeks 1-10: Cyp 500mg/Eq 400
Weeks 11-16 Prop 75/Fina75 EOD/Primo 400 week .5 Liquidex ED

In the middle of this (weeks 5-11, 60 days) T3 with Clen /ECA 2 on 2 off). Weeks 11-16 I will be on a Swole Cat designed diet for cutting. Any suggestions, comments or helpful info is appreciated.

Looks pretty solid to me...especially using Swole's diets...that man knows his stuff. Will you be able to post before and after pics? would love to see the progress - keep us updated on your progress one way or the other bro...good luck

Agreed, Swole is on the money...I have used his services before and had outstanding results. However, in the cycle, I had thought about throwing this all into a 10 weeker...just a thought however.
