    winny cycle

    im starting my winny cycle very soon. But i have been getting mixed sugestions on how much i should take a week. Should i take it 3 times a week on monday weds and friday. Or take it every other day. Or does it really matter since ill be taking the same amount in the end?

    winny needs to be taken everyday
