Im a 1st timer this is what Im doing 10 weeks 250 sus 200 deca & winstral tabs 25 mgs per day

age 44 training 2yrs stats 5' 11" 205lbs over the last 15 mths I lost 90lbs with diet and traing body fat about 22% started cycle 1week with sus & deca 2 days with winstral

1-10 sus @ 250 mg's week
1-10 deca @ 200 mg's week
7-12 winny @ 50 mg's ED
13-15 PCT

hopefully you have anti-e's on hand just in case something happens to come along

this is a low-dose cycle. might work for you, might not.

hopefully you know what PCT means. if not, do a search.

Looks like you jumped the gun to soon. you shouldve researched alot more. I say your low dose cycle is hit or miss in seeing results.

oh you havent started yet? didnt catch that in the beginning. Yes wait. first you need more gear. purchase another 10ml bottle of sus 250 and another 10ml bottle of deca 200. (IMO I would run a sust only cycle. I would sell the Deca 200 and purchase more sus.) PCT=Post Cycle Therapy . Purchase Nolvadex and Clomid. Run Nolva at 10/20mg ED through out the cycle and run Clomid for PCT. Save the winstrol for a future cycle. Do some research man. stay around and soak in as much info as possible. My .02 cents.
