I have been taking my port sust every 3 days is that cool, i am taking 1,000mgs per week. or should i be taking them more freqently???so far 3 weeks great power gains..

no should i i was just doing 250 every 3 day but i just thought that is like 1000 every 12 days so...

you need a little help with your math. you said you were taking a gram a week, then you said you're taking 250mg every 3 days.
